Machine must be fully operational upon arrival
Machine must remain available for public play throughout the event

Load-In

Thursday, October 1, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Friday, October 2, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Machine Policy

Machines displayed at the Appalachian Pinball Expo must remain available for public play until the conclusion of the show on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 11:00 PM. Load-out begins Sunday, October 4, 2026 at 8:00 AM. Special circumstances may be approved by event staff upon request.
