Vendor & Game Sales Policy

Pinball machines and arcade games may be offered for sale during the event. Any machine displayed on the expo floor must remain available for public play and display until close of expo on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 11:00 PM. Load-out begins Sunday, October 4, 2026 at 8:00 AM; early loadout may be requested from event staff Saturday evening.

Setup & Load-In: Thursday, October 1, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Friday, October 2, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Show Hours: Friday VIP/Sponsor access 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM; public admission 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Saturday vendor hall opens 9:00 AM and expo runs 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
